Catering for riders of all levels, Sophie is available for dressage, jumping and cross-country lessons @ Highfield Academy in Mount Helena. Her encouraging and empowering way of teaching has produced a great deal of success with her students.
Sophie privileges an ethical and sustainable way of training their horses. You can be sure that the welfare of your horse will be paramount with their evidence-based training. Regular dressage, jumping and cross-country lessons are available and Sophie also runs several cross-country clinics throughout the year for the eventers. Sophie happily coaches riders across the disciplines, from eventing and dressage through to reining and endurance. Lectures and Presentations
Sophie is available for presentations, demonstrations and lectures from foundation training to eventing and dressage training. She can talk to a wide range of audiences on training, learning theory, the history of horse training and much more.
Over the past few years Sophie has delivered lectures to physiotherapists, equestrian enthusiasts, High Performance squads, Off the Track WA clinic participants, Pony Club Australia coaches, elite level riders and university students. Her recent presentations on ‘From stop, go and turn to dressage’ and ‘From stop, go and turn to jumping’ as well as the 'Horses Hate Surprise Parties' lecture have been very well received by a wide range of audiences.
