Spectators

Spectators are welcome on both days of the clinic. There is usually a spectator fee of $20 per person per day, however, this year we request that spectators donate an amount of their choice to the Human-Elephant Learning Programs foundation. A charity that sends Australian trainers to Asia to help improve the lives of working Elephants.
There are many thousands of working elephants in Asia. Some of them work in the timber industry or in national parks looking for poachers. H-ELP is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to improve the welfare of these elephants by implementing evidence-based training strategies. H-ELP provides training advice and supplies training manuals for elephant trainers in India, Thailand, Myanmar and Nepal. Just as in horse training, when the welfare of the elephants improves, so too does the safety of the handlers. This makes H-ELP’s work very important. Checkout their work here and donate!
Once you have donated please send an email to [email protected] and you'll receive the timetable and any relevant venue details in the week before the clinic.
